I’ve been a photographer for 9 years. I love capturing moments in life which is how the name Capturing Joy came about. I’m outgoing, laid-back, funny, compassionate, kind, loyal, dedicated and friendly. I genuinely love what I do, 
from planning your session, photographing your sweet new baby, editing your photos, to creating a beautiful finished work of art for your home so that you can always remember these fleeting newborn days.
When I’m not photographing a newborn I enjoy biking the beautiful trails in the Franklin area, trying out new recipes, going on dates with my husband and hanging out with friends!

Working with Amy is fun and easy. Before we met Amy I stressed about the kids’ moods, the time of day we’d shoot, etc. But with Amy I know there are going to be great shots no matter what – all we have to do is show up!
